NOTICE TO COMMERCIAL USERS AND CUSTOMERS

1. This notice is to inform our commercial users/customers of the implementation of a Commercial Green Waste Levy at Green Solutions Wide Bay (‘the Facility’) effective from 1 February 2024.
2. The Commercial Green Waste Levy will be charged on large commercial vehicles, which include prime movers and rigid trucks greater than 3.5 tonnes (‘Commercial Vehicles’).
3. The flat-fee rates for the Commercial Green Waste Levy are outlined below:

4. From 1 February, 2024, Commercial Vehicles entering the Facility must be linked to an account (‘Commercial Account’) to be set up by the owner/operator (‘Commercial User’) via the Customer Dashboard link below, failing which we reserve the right to refuse entry to such Commercial Vehicles.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE COMMERCIAL GREEN WASTE LEVY
Commercial Users, by establishment of an online Commercial Account and/or by entry of a Commercial Vehicle to the Facility (with or without such an account) agree to the above and to the following terms and conditions:
A. The Commercial Green Waste Levy will be charged against the Commercial Account upon exiting the Facility.
B. Payments will be processed using the Commonwealth Bank Australia (CBA) Payment Gateway system. You consent to the use of this system by establishing a Commercial Account.
C. If a payment is declined on exit, the Commercial Vehicle will not be permitted subsequent entry to the Facility until the outstanding Commercial Green Waste Levy is paid.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS – ENTRY TO FACILITY
